Dispatch Times & Stock Availability

We carry a wide range of products in our warehouse and regularly check stock levels with our suppliers throughout the day. Each product listing displays current availability and estimated dispatch times, which can be found just below the price.

Examples:

  • Example 1:
    “14 available – dispatches in 2 days”
    This means there are 14 units available at the supplier, and we expect to dispatch your order within 2 business days.

  • Example 2:
    “In stock – dispatches same day”
    This indicates the item is in stock at our warehouse and will be dispatched the same day if ordered before our daily cut-off time.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email from us — and in some cases, directly from the freight company — containing your tracking details.

Tip: These emails can sometimes land in your junk or spam folder, so please check there if you don’t see an update in your inbox.
