1. Overview

At Wilkos Marine, we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. This Returns Policy outlines your rights and our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law.

2. Australian Consumer Law

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund for a product with a major failure.

You are entitled to a refund or exchange if a product:

• Is faulty or damaged
• Is significantly different from the description
• Does not do what it is supposed to do

3. Change of Mind Returns

We may accept returns for change of mind at our discretion with a 15% restocking fee, provided that:

• The item is returned within 14 days of delivery
• The item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging undamaged
• Proof of purchase is provided

Please note: Shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer, and restocking fees may apply.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless faulty:

• Clearance or sale items
• Special orders or customised products
• Perishable goods or marine chemicals
• Gift cards

5. How to Request a Return

To lodge a return request, please:

1. Log into your account, click on  'Resoultion Centre' and follow the prompts
2. Wait for approval and return instructions
3. Pack the item securely and return it to the address provided

We recommend using a tracked shipping method for all returns. Wilkos Marine is not responsible for lost return parcels.

6. Refunds and Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Refunds do not include shipping charges unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

7. Exchanges

If you need a different size, model, or alternative product, please contact us to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and the same return conditions as above.
