Shipping, Stock & Dispatch Times
The dispatch timeframe shown on each product indicates when your order is expected to leave our warehouse. This is separate from the delivery timeframe provided by the freight carrier.
Understanding Product Availability
Each product displays its current availability and estimated dispatch timeframe below the price.
✅ In Stock (xx) – Dispatches in 1 Day
- The item is physically stocked in our warehouse.
- Orders placed before 10:30am AEST are typically dispatched the same business day.
✅ In Stock (xx) – Dispatches in (xx) Days
- The item is not held in our warehouse and require the stated dispatch timeframe before they can be shipped.
Dispatch Timeframes
All product listings display an estimated dispatch timeframe (for example, "Dispatches in 2 Business Days"). This timeframe refers to when the item leaves our warehouse and does not include transit or delivery time.
Business Days
All dispatch and processing timeframes are based on business days only (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or Queensland public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Daily Order Cut-Off Time
Our daily order cut-off time is 10:30am AEST.
Orders placed after 10:30am will be processed or lodged with our supplier on the next business day.
Supplier-Ordered Items
Products displaying "Stock Available (xx) - Dispatches in (2+) Days" are sourced from our supplier after your order is placed. While supplier stock levels are updated regularly, availability can occasionally change.
If a supplier delay occurs or stock becomes unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide available options.
Freight & Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on the freight service selected at checkout and your location. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Partial Shipments
Where appropriate, we may dispatch available items first and send any remaining items once received. If a partial shipment is required, we will contact you and provide an update.
