This thermostat has dual function:
1. temperature setting: Cutting off the power supply to the electric heating element of the appliance when the preset
temperature is reached (it is possible to adjust the thermostat between 13 °C and 65 °C, according to the user's needs).
2. Safety: cutting off the power supply to the electric heating element when, in the event of a failure of the appliance, the temperature of the stored water reaches 83° C.
